A step forwards in the management of development initiatives

Our Centre proposes to re-consider the planning approach as a step forwards in project management, an effective strategy to face complexity and interdependence and to support a more productive organizational model. 

The course offers an overview of the planning strategy and an introduction to some techniques used in Project Portfolio Management, allowing participants to strengthen their knowledge and skills by jointly exploring the subject.
